The Process
How EB-5 Works

Investor files Form I-526E with USCIS. Upon approval, investor and family receive conditional permanent residency (2-year green card).
Conditions Removed
After 2 years, investor files I-829 to remove conditions and receive permanent green card, provided job creation requirements are met.
